Would recommend this brew.
I wanted to give a Yorkshire bitter a go and it came out perfect. The bitterness is certainly there but not overwhelming, and there is a lovely hint of caramel. A good head and very clear with the use of Harris Beer Brite finings!

Would not brew again
Followed the brewing instructions, which were a little vague, and added the dried hop sachet after 5 days, and kegged after 10 days. This left the brew with an overpowering bitterness from the hops which masked all other flavours. Had to throw the last few pints away as it was too bitter to drink. This was after leaving it in the barrel for an extra four weeks. Would not buy again, disappointed to find it was another kit made by Muntons, all their kits taste the same to me
