Alcotec 24 Turbo Yeast

Alcotec 24 is the most extreme turbo yeast you have ever seen. It will ferment 6 kgs of sugar in 25 litres of water, up to 14% in 24 hours in almost any ambient temperature. Due to the extreme speed, it cannot be "stacked", i.e. you can not scale up the recipe to more than 25 litres (or fermentation will overheat).

Alcotec 48 is a ”dual” purpose turbo yeast. It can ferment either 6 kgs/25 litres up to 14% in 48 hours - or 8 kgs/25 litres up to 20% in 5 days. The amount of sugar you use in your recipe decides whether it will be a superfast or a high alcohol fermentation. Alcotec 48 is a temperature tolerant turbo, i.e. it will perform well in most temperatures, unlike older turbo's which tend to overheat in high summer temperatures.
