100g Goldings Hops

A traditional English aroma variety valued for its smooth (almost sweet), delicate, slightly spicy aroma that produces the classic Golding finish.As with Fuggles it forms the basis of many well known and respected recipes.

100g Fuggles Hops

Good hop for Mild and Brown Ale.
The delicate, minty, grassy, slightly floral aroma produces a clean, refreshing, full-bodied flavour present in many traditional ales.

100g First Gold Hops

Suitable both as a general hop and also for late and dry hopping in all types of beer.
Has good aroma and produces a well-balanced bitterness and a fruity, slightly spicy note in ales

100g Northdown Hops

An excellent all round hop in the dual-purpose bracket with good alpha and aroma properties.
A slightly richer flavour than Challenger although quite similar in many other ways.

100g Bramling Cross Hops

A hop of considerable character.
It has a strong spicy / blackcurrant flavour and good alpha characteristics

500g Light Dried Malt Extract

Great for all beer styles. Adds extra body and richness. Especially useful when brewing lighter beers such as lagers and pilsners.

Spraymalt will improve the quality of any beer kit when used in place of sugar. It will brew beers which are less 'dry', with more richness, body and improved head formation and retention.
Powdered (Spraymalt) malt extract.

500g Dark Dried Malt Extract

A superb addition to any Stout, Porter or Brown Ale. Dark Spraymalt will improve the body, adding extra rich malt flavour and natural colour.

Coopers Light Malt Extract

1.5Kg tin of Light Malt for making light beers, such as Bitter, Lager, IPA etc.

Coopers Dark Malt Extract

1.5Kg tin of malt extract for making dark beers such as mild, stout, porter etc.

Hop Extract

Isomerised Hop Extract. Sufficient for 10-20 gallons of beer.
