OUR NEXT DAY SERVICE:
All orders received before 2pm are despatched 1st class post or overnight carrier service.
If the weight of the parcel is under 1.5Kg, it wil be sent via 1st Class post.
Postage costs depend entirely upon the weight of the parcel,
and vary from £1.50 - £4.95.
First class post usually arrives the next day but is not guaranteed.
Heavier parcels will be sent by carrier on a next day delivery service, however, there are no Saturday/Sunday deliveries with the carrier service. For security reasons, goods cannot be left without a signature. If there is nobody to sign, a card will be left to contact the carriers local depot to arrange re-delivery. You can whenever necessary give another delivery address when filling in your details. Please make sure that you provide your FULL address. Incomplete addresses means that the carriers may have difficulty finding the destination and delivery will be delayed until the full address can be ascertained.
If we receive your order after 2pm, we will try to despatch it the same day, otherwise it will be despatched the next working day (Monday-Friday).
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Orders for goods over £55 are sent POST FREE ...providing they can fit into 1 box (except for surcharge zones 2 or 3 or off-shore destinations).
For these Zones, there will be extra postage to pay and you will be notified before processing your order.
An off-shore destination is classed by FedEx as a delivery point whereby not connected by road, although still part of the UK, such as Isle of Wight. To deliver to these places will incur a surcharge of £7.50 above any postage costs.
If a parcel is too big or heavy (over 25Kg) to be despatched in one parcel and needs to be split into 2 or more, there will be an extra surcharge to pay. This happens only on very rare occasions. The maxiumum weight per parcel is 25Kg including all packing.
Orders that have a packed weight of Under 1kg will be sent by 1st Class Post and will cost the same no matter where you are in the UK.
MINIMUM ORDER IS £9.00. Maxiumum weight per parcel is 25Kg.
If you are in Zones 2 and 3, you will be notified of the postage costs before we proceed with the order.

There are no deliveries or collections on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

For heavy parcels for Zone 2 or Zone 3, it may be more economical to despatch via Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. You will be notified of the costs involved for both FedEx and Royal Mail service.
Due to the costs of shipping to the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands, postage rates will be advised before we proceed with your order. To keep costs to a minimum, orders must not be above 2Kg for these destinations. Under 2Kg parcels can be sent Small Packet Rate, over 2Kg and they need to be sent by an international delivery service.
